Please join us for the 7th Annual Connecting Our Community Fair. We are providing access to valuable local resources, dozens of service providers and vendors, and an opportunity for homeowners to meet with their mortgage servicer face-to-face to come to a workable solution to mortgage default. Housing counseling agencies from across the state will be present to provide information to homeowners, prospective homebuyers, and individuals looking to sharpen their financial skills.

AAA Fair Credit Foundation: Offers online and in-person clinics across the state for foreclosure prevention and homebuyer education. Click on the link to register for the most convenient clinic for you. AAA Event Calendar.
Cedar City Housing Authority: Offers free foreclosure intervention counseling and other homeownership services throughout Southern Utah. www.cedarcityhousingauthority.com
Community Development Corporation of Utah: They offer monthly classes to educate individuals facing foreclosure. Call 801-994-7222 to find out where and when these classes will be offered. www.cdcutah.org

Housing & Financial Counseling Services at the Utah State University Family Life Center: Nuts & Bolts of Nickels and Dimes – a financial management workshop on the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of every month. NeighborWorks Salt Lake: NeighborWorks® Salt Lake offers individual and group foreclosure prevention counseling, as well as online and in-house homebuyer education, and financial education classes, in both English and Spanish.
